The Parparoussis Winery was founded in 1974 by oenologist Athanassios Parparoussis, on the northwest coast of the Peloponnese. Athanassios, together with his two daughters, Erifili and Dimitra, produce organic, world-class wines from indigenous varieties. The winery proudly takes risks, making exceptional quality wines from little-known grape varieties that are rarely used in other parts of Greece.
Parparoussis' Gift of Dionysos pours a beautiful lemon yellow with flashes of light green. This 100% Sideritis possesses lifted aromatics, presenting a bouquet of white orchard fruit and citrus complemented by chamomile. The palate is vibrant and refreshing showcasing flavors of quince, honeydew and lime zest that carry you to a lipsmacking finish. Pair with most seafood dishes, especially shellfish.
