Richard Jaume is one of the rising stars in the Southern Rhône valley. His winery has been family-owned and operated since 1905. The Jaume estate encompasses 50 hectares of selected vineyard land in and around the hamlet of Vinsobres, in the southern Rhône Valley. The vines have been tended naturally for 50 years. Expert farming and immaculate, careful, winemaking ensure the Jaume style: aromatic and racy with powerful, pure fruit.
Domaine Jaume's vines are planted on a mix of clay-limestone and clay, sand and silt soils. Their Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussane. The wine displays an aromatic nose exuding aromas of white fruit and flowers. On the palate, there is lots of freshness and life to lift up the rich flavor and texture of the wine. This Côtes du Rhône Blanc is best enjoyed with seafood or goat cheese.
