Champagne Taisne Riocour's 20 hecatres of vineyards are located mainly in Riceys in the Côte des Bar subregion of Champagne, split among 18 individual parcels planted predominately to Pinot Noir. In 2016, the estate received HVE certification (High Environmental Value), a certification that shows the Taisne Riocour's commitment to reduce the impact and use of chemical inputs and promote biodiversity.
Taisne Riocour's Blanc de Noirs, made from 100% Pinot Noir, is a lively and elegant champagne that highlights the diverse terroir of Riceys across three different plots. The grapes from Tronchois bring power and elegance to the wine, whilst the grapes from the Val Germain and Pragnon vineyards offer depth and length on the palate. 3 years on the lees, 3.5 g/l dosage, 10% reserve wine. Enjoy with baked oysters, razor clams or a Bresse chicken.
