The Vallisto Extremo Criolla is made from 100% Criolla (País) sourced from Catamarca in the Calchaquí Valley of Argentina. In the glass the wine displays a light, soft ruby color with aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cranberry) and earth. On the palate, flavors of pomegranate and cherries are framed by fresh tannins and acidity as the lead into a refreshing, crisp finish. Enjoy with thinly sliced, marinated skirt steak cooked over an open flame.
