Ktima Glinavos - Zitsa 2019
Domaine Glinavos is in the Greek appellation Zitsa in northwestern Greece. Lefteris Glinavos founded his winery in 1978 after completing his viticultural studies in Bordeaux. The domaine focuses on making wine from the local grapes of Zitsa: Debina, Vlahiko and Bekari. In 1990, Lefteris' son, Thomas, joined the domaine, and has since helped Domaine Glinavos become one of the most celebrated estates in Greece.
Glinavos' Protos Inos Zitsa is made from 100% Debina fermented and aged in stainless steel. Light gold color with green highlights. Aromas of apple, pear, peach, flower blossoms plume from the glass. On the palate, this beautiful Greek white is light bodied and refreshing with lovely fresh fruit flavors and an intriguing finesse. Enjoy with vegetable salads or seafood.
