Cuisine en Famille (Family Kitchen) is a family-owned project started by the husband and wife team of Adrien and Claire Fabre. The couple met in high school, continued their wine education, returned to their respective home villages and each worked at their family estates. They married, started a family and then decided to pursue their passion for wine together, crafting wines based on the values they both hold dear... “Our idea is to build a collection of responsible, ethical and healthy wines… Wines that are inspired, creative and reassuring – like the cookery we love.”
Cuisine en Famille's Tout ou Rien! is a blend of Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. The wine's name translates to All or Nothing and the wine, according to the couple is made from "grapes… nothing but grapes!" Sourced from vines planted on pebble/clay soils in the south of the Rhône Valley, cultivated with the greatest respect for terroir and environment and vinified without sulfites or any input. Tout ou Rien! exhibits aromas of red berry fruit intertwined with a light floral touch. The palate is medium-bodied with flavors of red raspberries kissed with a hint of spice. The finish is just long enough to demand your next sip. Enjoy with grilled red meats — beef or lamb — or with a simple assorted cheese platter.
