Brea is a project between Chris Brockway of Broc Cellars and Tim Elenteny. The company was created to supply site-specific, terroir driven wines made from sustainably farmed grapes. This 100% Chardonnay from Santa Barbara County is done entirely in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of fruit. It displays pear and citrus notes on the nose and delicious flavors of pineapple and apricots on the palate. Pair with grilled lemon-pepper chicken or baked white fish with grilled summer vegetables.
