Color: Very pale yellow, with silvery glints, a vibrant sheen and a splendid limpidity. Nose: Weak intensity, fragrance of white flowers followed by hints of mint, almond and peach. In the mouth: Full-bodied, lively, tingling finely. Fine, long, supple end with overtones of white pepper and silex. The pleasant plant and lemon tones of a fresh, balanced Jacquère. To accompany: A wine to be kept to be consumed with seafood, grilled fish, cooked meat but also as an aperitif.
