Le Campanelle - Dolcetto d'Alba

Located in Monforte d'Alba in Barolo, Broccardo has been a family estate since 1900. Today, the third generation manages their 13 hectares of vineyards in the Langhe, Monforte d'Alba, Barolo and Novello where they grow Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and Arneis. Each grape is vinified to express the purity of its terroir with a particular emphasis on preserving fruit character with minimal intervention in the cellar.

Broccardo's Le Campanelle Dolcetto d’Alba pours a brilliant ruby red with a purplish tinge. Intensely aromatic, Le Campanelle offers a hypnotic bouquet of red berry fruits tinged with notes of lilac and earth. Medium-bodied and juicy on the palate, this Dolcetto possesses wonderful flavors of cherry, strawberry and red currants supported by a fresh acidity and mild tannins. The finish is bright and persistent. Enjoy with grilled pork chops or chicken thighs brushed with your favorite BBQ sauce.
