Cuisine en Famille (Family Kitchen) is a family-owned project started by the husband and wife team of Adrien and Claire Fabre. The couple met in high school, continued their wine education, returned to their respective home villages and each worked at their family estates. They married, started a family and then decided to pursue their passion for wine together, crafting wines based on the values they both hold dear... “Our idea is to build a collection of responsible, ethical and healthy wines… Wines that are inspired, creative and reassuring – like the cookery we love.”
Cuisine en Famille's Les Bras M'en Tombent blanc — a beautiful blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne — displays gorgeous aromas of citrus-misted orchard and stone fruits mixed with notes of white flowers and sea spray. The palate is light and fresh with mouthwatering flavors of apricot, pear and white peach accented with notes of lemon zest. Lively acidity and a subtle mineral spine lead to a refreshing, saline-laced finish. A great pairing for seafood, whether you choose shellfish (baked clams or shrimp pasta) or whole grilled fish. This white will also pair nicely with most chicken or pork dishes.
