Azienda Agricola Crivelli was established in 1860 when Secondo Crivelli purchased the Castagnole Monferrato property which included a small two hectares of vineyards. The estate essentially remained the same, handed down generation to generation, until Marco Maria Crivelli took over the property. Marco extended the vineyard area over the next few decades and by 2000, a modern winery and cellar was built. Today, Marco’s son Jonathan runs his family’s winery, farming the now ten hectares of vines planted to Ruchè, Grignolino, Barbera and Syrah. His focus is to craft quality wine with respect to the land and to preserve the passion and knowledge that has been passed down through the generations, and hopefully he can instill in his own children.

Aromas of herbal leaves and flower buds, reminiscent of a garden before full bloom, mingle with tart red fruits on the intriguing nose. The palate awakens with sour cherry and cranberry flavors, accompanied by a lively acidity that highlights the wine's youthful character, a refreshing expression of Ruché.
