Champagne Louis de Sacy is a small, family run estate that has owned vineyards in Verzy sine 1663. It wasn't until 1962 that the Sacy family decided to produce Champagne on their own. Today, the family owns and operates 18 hectares of Grand Cru vines planted to 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 5% Meunier on clay-limestone soils. They are one of the few Champagne producers to make a Kosher wine.

With a high proportion of Pinot Noir in the blend, this ripe wine has a sense of structure as well as fruitiness. Rich pear and apricot flavors are balanced by the fresh, crisp aftertaste. The wine is rounded and ready to drink.
