Ever since I opened the Princeton Corkscrew, I have dreamed of putting together a top tier sampler — a “Grand Cru” collection, if you will — a selection of wines that highlight the perfect marriage of grape, site and history: the ultimate expression of terroir. In 2020, I decided to make it a reality and our first Grand Cru Sampler was born. In 2022, we offered the second version of this prestigious selection; in 2024, a third.
