Princeton Corkscrew - Thanksgiving Sampler 2025

The time of year has come to relax with our families and reflect on all that we have to be thankful for in life. My family's yearly tradition always starts with my wonderful wife, Gigi, and her mom, Mimi, waking up to start preparing food at 5:30 am. They don't actually kick me out of the kitchen, but they make it exceedingly clear I'm not exactly needed in there. However, the task of pairing the wine with our meal naturally falls on my shoulders. I typically assemble about three customized cases  ̶  yes, 36 bottles  ̶  and it's a job that fills me with anticipation. As we gather at my in-laws' house near Philadelphia for an amazing 60-person feast, I cannot wait to witness the enjoyment and delight of everyone as they taste the wines along with our delicious Thanksgiving dinner!
