Mitravelas White On Grey 2024

The Mitravelas Estate is the oldest winery of Nemea, founded in the center of the city by the Mitravelas brothers in 1913. In 2003, Konstantinos Mitravelas took control of the estate, updating both the vineyards and the cellar. He focused on producing quality wines, and the results have been fantastic. The vines are planted on the hillsides of Nemea in limestone soils at an altitude of 450-500 meters, right in the sweet spot of the appellation.

Mitravelas' White on Grey is made with 100% Moschofilero from the estate's limestone-rich soils. Lovely aromas of tropical and citrus fruits waft from the glass kissed with a hint of white flowers. On the palate, the White on Grey is vibrant and fresh, offering mouthwatering flavors of tangerine, honeydew melon and lemon zest buoyed by brilliant acidity and an underlying mineral core. The wine finishes crisp and clean. Pair with a variety of mezze... hummus and toasted pita, tabbouleh and marinated olives and vegetables.
