The 2021 Tether Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards in Yountville, Calistoga and St. Helena. The wine pours a deep purple color with garnet reflections, offering intense aromas of red and black berry and stone fruits mixed with notes of spice and crushed volcanic rock. This Cab unwinds in the glass and one sip delivers complex layers of black currant, plum, blackberry and ripe black cherry interspersed with hints of bittersweet chocolate and espresso. Tether's Cabernet is extremely well-structured with elegant, suave tannins and luxurious mouthfeel which help guide the wine to a long, sensuous and gratifying finish.
