Klaus-Peter's wines are some of the most sought after, and difficult to get, wines on the market today. Jancis Robinson has described his Rieslings as the "Montrachets of Germany". Not only does he make world-class dry, off-dry and sweet Rieslings, but he also makes beautiful wines from "lesser" grapes such as Sylvaner and Scheurebe. Keller pays just as much attention and puts just as much love into his everyday wines as he does to his Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) bottlings.

The Limestone Riesling Kabinett is an absolutely gorgeous bottle of wine and a beautiful example of the featherweight delicacy Kabinett Rieslings exhibit. Wonderfully aromatic with notes of white peach, lime blossom and pineapple, displaying more complex mineral and honey notes with time in the glass. The palate is displays excellent depth and concentration of flavor, yet it has the most delicate texture and weight that pass across a tight-rope of zesty acidity. Enjoy with crab cakes or Japanese dishes.
