The Troupis family has a long history of farming, dating back to the 1970's when they owned and operated a nursery specializing in fruit trees and flowers. On the side, the family grew grapes and made wine for themselves, but not in a commercial capacity. Eventually, the family purchased land to plant vineyards. Today, Tasos Troupis, along with his children, farm almost 16 acres of vines in the center of the Mantinea Plateau in the Fteri region, the heart of the Mantinia DOP, at an altitude of approximately 700 meters.

Troupis' Holy Mania — composed entirely of Moschofilero — pours a light gold, offering mouthwatering aromas of stone and citrus fruits accented with notes of jasmine and acacia. The uplifted palate is awash with flavors of white peach, pear and grapefruit supported by a mild, yet vibrant, acidity and a fine mineral note. This wine's finish is bright and refreshing. Pair with shellfish, seafood and white meats. Try with shrimp scampi, grilled salmon or chicken piccata.
