Before settling in the Loire Valley in 2019, Thomas Frissant worked throughout the wine world, including stints in Burgundy, Rhône, Australia and New Zealand. Thomas farms 14 hectares of vineyards grown on flinty clay soils in the municipality of Mosnes (Touraine and Touraine Amboise appellations), working with local varietals: Gamay, Grolleau, Côt (Malbec) and Chenin Blanc. His vineyards are in the process of organic conversion and are harvested manually. Vinification is done whole cluster with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
