Domaine Bony Gachot is small, family domaine in Nuits-Saint-Georges run by Fabienne Bony. In the 1960's, Jean-Pierre founded the estate along with his wife, and in 2000, their daughter, Fabienne, tool control. Since she's taken over, Fabienne and her husband have increased the domaine's vineyard holdings to 6 hectares, while also negotiating contracts with growers throughout the Côtes de Nuits. In the vineyards Fabienne practices lutte raisonnée – adapting their vine treatments according to the true threat of disease, using products which respect the environment as much as possible, and only using chemical products if no other solution can be found. Traditional winemaking practices in the cellar result in wines of purity, expression and class.

Fabienne Bony's Vosne-Romanée is made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged in 100% new oak barrels. The wine is bursting with flavors of ripe red fruits, licorice and spice. Powerful with silky tannins and a long, harmonious palate, you can drink now but this Vosne-Romanée will benefit from 5 years of bottle age.
