The small domaine of Henri and Paul Jacqueson had been the jewel of Rully for a considerable time. Paul Jacqueson followed in his father Henri’s footsteps, keeping the Burgundian village of Rully firmly on the viticultural map in the excellent value area of the Côte Chalonnaise. Today, Paul continues to push the envelope of quality, a feat of well over 50 years. His daughter Marie now joins him in the vineyards and winery, after completing her studies in the renowned viticultural school in Beaune. Paul is known for an almost obsessive, meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the domaine, a trait which he is passing down to Marie.

The Jacqueson Rully rouge is intensely aromatic with ripe red berry fruit and floral notes jumping out of the glass. The palate is juicy and well-structured with flavors of fresh strawberries and red cherry clinging to a delicate mineral spine that guides you to a pleasingly long finish. Enjoy with whole roasted chicken served with wild mushroom stuffing.
