Broc Cellars is a Berkeley-based natural winery, established in 2004 by owner and winemaker Chris Brockway, that makes refreshing and approachable wines for everyday drinking. Broc Cellars makes natural wine the way they believe delivers the best wines for wine drinkers and the earth. They source throughout California making wine using only organically-farmed grapes. Chris uses native yeasts and never adds sulfur during fermentation, though occasionally add a small amout at bottling depending on the wine, style and vintage. In 2023, Chris purchased Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino County after a decade of sourcing their fruit, allowing Broc Cellars to extend their vision of simple and ethical winemaking into the vineyard.

The Perfect Red is made from 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc, fermented with indigenous yeasts and no sulfur, with some whole cluster inclusion. Fresh aromas of red berry fruit and earth leap from the glass. This full-bodied red is supremely drinkable with a delicious balance of ripe red and dark fruits, hints of herbs and spice and delightfully mild tannins. An ideal wine for pizza or burger night.
