Francisco Fernandez Sousa makes exclusively white wines in the parish of Prado in the Ribeiro DO of Galicia, Spain. Most of the grapes come from estate's vineyards of old vines, composed mostly of Treixadura, but also some Torrontes and Palomino. The winery is focused on quality, not quantity, and all the wines produced are vegan.

The Terra Minei is made from 100% Treixadura. The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks. It pours a light lemon color and emits aromas of white flowers and stone fruits. On the palate, flavors of peach and mint are mixed with a clean minerality and precise acidity. The wine is fresh and vibrant with a persistent finish that calls you back for another sip. Enjoy with marinated shrimp, Asian vegetables or sardines.
