Quinta de Santa Eufêmia is a Portuguese Port house whose history begins in 1864 when Bernardo Rodrigues de Carvalho acquired vineyards in the Douro and began producing and selling Port wines. His skills and passion have been passed down from generation to generation ever since. Today, Quinta de Santa Eufêmia is in it fourth generation of family leadership.

The 20 Year Tawny from Quinta de Santa Eufêmia is a blend of traditional Douro grapes from vines that are over 30 years old. The wine is quickly fermented in traditional lagares (treading tanks) before being fortified. After fortification, the wine is aged in large 11,000 liter barrels for the first 10 years, followed by aging in smaller 550 liter casks where they're aged a further 10-20 years. The wine is incredibly rich and complex with gorgeous flavors of roasted nuts, caramel and dried fruits. On the palate, it is silky smooth with incredible balance and finesse while also delivering masses of flavor. Enjoy on its own after a meal or pair with cheeses or nut-based desserts.
