Weingut Gruber Röschitz - Grüner Veltliner 2022

The Gruber family has been farming in the village of Röschitz in Weinviertel for over 200 years. Today, the estate consists of 80 hectares on 150 different sites spread across the village, producing organic and classically styled wines that demonstrate the family's commitment to natural work both in the vineyard and the cellar. Siblings Ewald, Christian and Maria divide the work of the estate: Ewald in the cellar, Christian in the vineyard and Maria managing the daily aspects of the winery. Vineyard work is focused on producing clean fruit with phenolic ripeness and low sugar levels; minimal intervention in the winery, combined with healthy fruit, translates to wines of character, expression and longevity without losing varietal typicity.

The Gruber Röschitz Weinviertel Grüner Veltliner is made from estate fruit grown on loess and granite soils and vinified with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Light gold in color with amazing purity of aromas and flavors, this classic Grüner delivers refreshment and complexity at an amazing price. Perfect with tempura fried vegetables.
