Viticultores & Bodegueros Couselo - Valdamor Albarino 2024

Viticultores & Bodegueros Couselo is located in the O Rosal subzone of Rías Baixas, on the southern limits of the river Miño and east of the Atlantic Ocean. The vineyards are grown on sedimentary soils with loam and are abundant with organic matter. All grapes used for the wines come from the estate vineyards or from long-term contracts with local growers. All grapes are hand-harvested, sorted and destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is a bright, pale yellow in color with aromas of white flowers, herbs and white plum. On the palate, the Valdamor Albariño is citrus-forward with orchard fruits, a saline minerality and flowers that lead into a long, refreshing finish. Enjoy with octopus, ceviche or lobster.
