Shypoke Cellars - Keep Proprietary Red 2021

Shypoke calls the Calistoga AVA home. Their estate vineyard is located in the north-western corner of Napa Valley. The dirt to bottle history began in 1904, when Peter Heitz' great-grandparents immigrated from Alsace and literally planted roots and built bonded winery #103 for the production of fine wines. Through five generations of grape growers and winemakers, the Heitz family has continued the vision and efforts begun in 1904. Each wine honors the traditions of a family working together, to farm heirloom vines and to hand craft the resulting fruit into uniquely elegant and honest wines of place and vintage.

Keep is a blend of Shypoke's estate Grenache paired with the finest barrels of their ancient Charbono crowned with a barrel of their Amelia’s Petite Sirah. Fresh, interesting and delicious.
