Domaine Vetriccie - Ile de Beauté Blanc 2025

The Vetriccie estate, located in the town of Aghione, was established in 1966 with the purpose of producing the classic wines of Corsica. The name, vetriccie, is derived from the local name for the wicker that grows wildly around the vineyards. Owner Daniel Barcelo farms his 120 hectares sustainably and is firmly committed to a viticultural path that is in harmony with Corsican nature. His vineyards are perfectly situated between the mountains and the sea on soils of marine clay sediments, which helps Daniel craft elegant wines that have complexity and depth.
