Domaine Dupont-Fahn is based in Tailly, within the commune of Meursault at the heart of Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, encompassing roughly ten hectares across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Auxey-Duresses. The estate is rooted in the prized terroirs of the Meursault plain, where a mosaic of climats yields wines of distinct aromatic expression and nuance. Founded in 1975 by Jean Dupont-Fahn, the domaine is now led by his grandson Raymond, who farms without the use of pesticides and harvests exclusively by hand. Producing both red and white Burgundies from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Raymond favors early picking to preserve natural acidity and achieve balance, resulting in wines of freshness, precision, and restrained alcohol.
