Domaine Jérôme Fornerot - "Champ Tirant" Saint-Aubin Blanc 2023

The Fornerot family is one of the oldest families in the village of Saint-Aubin; they have been farming vines there for over 500 years. Jérôme Fornerot began his eponymous domaine in 2004, when he took over 4.5 hectares of vineyards in Santenay and Maranges, expanding into Saint-Aubin in 2013. Today, the estate consists of 16.5 hectares. Jérôme conducts all aspects of farming and winemaking himself, utilizing a mix of knowledge passed down from generation to generation with modern technology.
