Château Panchille - Bordeaux Supérieur 2022

Château Panchille is a small estate consisting of diverse “terroirs“. Winemaker Pascal Sirat has made this choice to obtain a larger palette of aromas and structure. This allows him, at blending time, to obtain a wider range of complexity in his wines.

Château Panchille is a blend of Merlot (85%) and Cabernet Franc (15%), derived from 30-years old vines and aged in stainless steel vats for 18 months. This is a great value wine with a layered character of fresh berry fruits combined with a nose of chocolate and vanilla. This is a nicely balanced, dry Bordeaux blend with a long finish that will go very well with a piece of French cheese, or chocolate, in front of the fireplace, or out in the yard during summertime.
