Château Langoa Barton - Saint-Julien 2019

Langoa Barton is one of the iconic estates of Saint-Julien, run by the Barton family for over 300 years, a 3rd Growth in the 1855 Classification and one of the great values in Classified Growth Bordeaux. The vineyards, planted on gravel soils with clay subsoil, are planted to 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc with an average vine age of 35 years-old. The wines of Langoa-Barton are classic Saint-Julien; restrained and concentrated with vigor, complexity and length. A fabulous wine at a great price.
