Champagne Louis de Sacy - Grand Cru Brut

Champagne Louis de Sacy is a small, family run estate that has owned vineyards in Verzy sine 1663. It wasn't until 1962 that the Sacy family decided to produce Champagne on their own. Today, the family owns and operates 18 hectares of Grand Cru vines planted to 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier on clay-limestone soils. They are one of the few Champagne producers to make a Kosher wine.
