Casa Vinicola Francesco Vezzelli - "MoRosa" Rosé Brut

Founded by Francesco Vezzelli in 1958, the Vezzelli estate was one of the first independent wineries in the co-op-dominated Lambrusco. Francesco’s son, Roberto Vezzelli, continues the work begun by his father, farming 16 hectares of vines on the mid-slope of the hills outside of Modena. Sorbara is both the name of the place where MoRosa is grown, and the name of the finest variety of Lambrusco itself; one of at least sixty different clones of Lambrusco.
