Bodegas Rezabal - Txakoli Rose 2025

Bodegas Rezabal is a family-owned winery in Zarautz, in Spain's Basque country, consisting of 22 hectares planted to Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza from which they produce lively, electric Getariako Txakolina. The grapes varieties benefit from the sea breezes blowing in the vineyards, bringing great freshness, salinity and acidity to their wines.

Rezabal's Txakoli Rosé is crafted with 100% Hondarrabi Beltza. It pours a gorgeous bright pink highlighted with a melon tint. This Txakoli rosé is slightly effervescent, emitting fresh fruit aromas dominated by wild strawberries. The palate is suave, well-balanced and captivating with delightful acidity that leads to an elegant finish. Perfect pairing for shellfish: shrimp cocktail, mussels in a spicy tomato sauce or baked oysters.
