Bodegas Rezabal - Txakoli 2025

Rezabal is a family-owned winery in Zarautz, in Spain's Basque country, consisting of 22-hectares planted to Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza from which they produce lively, electric Getariako Txakolina. The grapes varieties benefit from the sea breezes blowing in the vineyards, bringing great freshness, salinity, and acidity to their wines.

The Txakoli is made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri planted in 1995, grown on sandy-clay soils. All grapes are hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Light, bright and bone dry with a slight effervescence and aromas and flavors of citrus fruits, green apple, bright acidity, and delicate salinity. Enjoy with grilled fish.
