Bodegas Manuel Aragón - Palo Cortado 50 Year 500 mL

Founded in 1815, Bodegas Manuel Aragón is one of the most important, historic producers of fine Sherry located in the historic heart of Chiclana de la Fontera. Handmade wines are produced from naturally farmed, estate-owned vineyards located just 800 meters from the Atlantic Ocean. For generations, this traditional, family-owned estate has continued to utilize artisanal production methods like hand-harvesting, native yeast fermentation, and hand-racking to produce timeless and unforgettable Sherries.

This 50 year sherry pours a deep mahogany in the glass. The wine is full of nuance, intensity and complexity, possessing aromas and flavors of brown butter, nuts, candied orange peel and mocha. The palate is rich and voluptuous with a rounded, sensuous texture that leads to a seemingly endless finish.
