Azienda Agricola Pala - "Centosere" Cannonau di Sardegna 2023

Azienda Agricola Pala was founded in Serdiana, Sardinia in 1950. Today, Mario Pala — along with his wife, Rita, and their children Massimiliano, Elisabetta and Mariantonietta — is the third generation of his family to manage the estate. The winery continues to be family owned and the values of tradition and innovation are being passed down from Mario to the family's fourth generation. The estate consists of eight different vineyards with a total of 68 hectares under vine on soils of limestone, limestone-marl or white sand. Each vineyard is planted with varietals that are chosen according to the microclimate and soil type of the individual site. Pala practices organic farming in the vineyard and does not use chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
