Azienda Agricola Eraldo Viberti - Barolo Roncaglie 2020

Founded in 1960, Azienda Agricola Eraldo Viberti farms six hectares of vineyards in the commune of La Morra in Barolo planted to Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. Since 2018, the estate is certified organic. All vineyard work, from pruning to harvest, is done manually, with only organic fertilizers and no herbicide use (instead, the family uses a manual hoe to control the grasses beneath the vines). Fermentations are carried out in stainless steel and the Barbera and Nebbiolo wines are aged in French oak barriques.
