Azienda Agricola C. C. Guidobono - Langhe Nebbiolo 2024

With a dream of one day bottling their own Barolo, brothers Enrico & Marco Faccenda purchased this 35-hectare property in 2033. Enrico and Marco sustainably-farm multiple vineyards site among the rolling hills of Roero and Langhe, displaying a talent for crafting delicious and approachable wines from their 30-40+ year old vines grown in calcareous-clay soils. Today, their impressive lineup includes vibrant whites of Favorita and Arneis, as well as reds from Barbera and Nebbiolo. The Faccenda brothers strive to produce textbook representations of their terroirs while making wines that possess incredible QPRs.

Guidobono’s Langhe Nebbiolo pours a brilliant ruby red presenting mouthwatering aromas bright cherry and pomegranate mixed with purple flowers and spice. The medium-bodied palate is fresh, offering a dazzling union of red, juicy fruits, delicate acidity and mild, though present, tannins. The refreshing finish is vibrant and seamless. Pair with cured meat and aged cheeses, pasta dishes with meat-based sauces or roasted meats.
