Princeton Corkscrew's 15% off Anniversary Sale Continues! See details below... | | Bonus Sale Wine! Vignoble Dampt Vieilles Vignes 2020 Chablis France Regular Price: $25 15% off 1-5 bottles: $21.25/BTL 20% off 6+ bottles: $20/BTL | Bernard Dampt is from a family of farmers who have been growing grapes in Chablis for generations. He was worried that he wouldn't have any land to leave his sons to continue the vigneron tradition, so in the 1980's Bernard began buying up vineyards in the hopes that his three boys would continue farming and making wine. In 1998, his wish came true: he retired and handed the reins over to his children. Today, Bernard's sons, Eric, Emmanuel and Hervé craft over 30 wines ranging from Grand Cru Chablis to basic Bourgogne. They combine tradition and modernism to produce high quality, terroir-driven wines for drinkers of all walks of life. Since 2019, all Dampt vineyards have received HVE Certification (Haute Valeur Environnementale or High Environmental Value) from the French Ministry of Agriculture. This three-tiered system is a sustainability initiative that encourages farms and vineyards to increase biodiversity, decrease the negative environmental impact of their pesticide/herbicide use, manage their fertilizer inputs and improve their water management. Once an estate completes each of the three, increasingly stringent tiers, they are awarded certification. | The Vieilles Vignes Chablis is made from 100% Chardonnay from vines that are 30-80+ years old. Fermented and aged for 10 months in stainless steel, the fruit from these old-vines give the wine an extra layer of richness, concentration and complexity. Light gold in the glass with green highlights, the aromatic intensity of this Chablis is captivating with notes of yellow delicious apples, kafir lime, anise and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine has a firm acidity balanced perfectly by a soft, round mouthfeel. There is fabulous concentration on the long, refreshing finish. Enjoy with smoked trout terrine, asparagus and goat cheese salad or ginger-lime chicken. | | 2020 Dampt Frère Vieilles Vignes Chablis Regular Price Corkscrew Price One Bottle $25 $21.25 15% off

| Château Tour du Mayne is in the Haut-Médoc on the left bank of the Gironde Estuary. The Château grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc on sandy-gravel and chalky-clay soils. Their 2017 Haut-Médoc pours a dark ruby with brilliant purple highlights. The nose is expressive with lovely aromas of cassis, lead pencil, blackberries, plums and subtle nots of oak spice. On the palate, the wine delivers exceptional power balanced with refined tannins and vibrant acidity that flow into a concentrated finish. This is an excellent example of Haut-Médoc and an outstanding value as well. Enjoy with marinated and grilled lamb, chicken or beef. | Eat Well, Drink Well, Laurent Princeton Corkscrew Wine Shop
