Over the years, we have been honored to host both Joschi and William Goldschmidt at the shop to meet and chat with our loyal customers, sharing stories of their estate and wines. This Saturday, May 16th, we are excited to welcome Arianna Gelpke — winemaker at Corzano — for an incredible afternoon tasting from 1 pm to 6 pm. We have carried Corzano e Paterno’s wines at the shop for over two decades and they have been some of our most popular wines from day one.
Fattoria Corzano e Paterno sits on 200 hectares in San Casciano Val di Pesa, a Tuscan commune located just southwest of Florence. Founded by Swiss architect Wendel Gelpke, Arianna’s father, in 1969, the farm — owned and managed by the Gelpke and Goldschmidt families — is renowned for its production of world-class wine, olive oil and sheep's milk cheeses.
Please mark the date on your calendars and join us on Saturday, May 16, 2026, as we welcome Arianna for her first visit to the Corkscrew for another fantastic Saturday afternoon tasting. We will be showcasing four wines from the stellar Corzano lineup, so be sure to tell your friends about this not-to-be-missed event. Arianna will be on hand all afternoon to answer your questions and guide you through the wines during what is certain to be another amazing Corkscrew tasting.
We hope to see you here!
