This Champagne is made entirely from Jacques Diebolt’s vineyards in the villages of Cramant and Cuis. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier it is uncommonly fine and aromatic, reflecting the mineral character of the chalky soil of the Côte de Blanc. Pair with smoked salmon, tempura dishes and sushi.
