Winemaker and proprietor, Jean-Louis Delavenne crafts fine, full-bodied Champagne from the Grand-Cru village of Bouzy, the best source for Pinot Noir in Champagne. The Delavenne family have naturally farmed their 10 hectare of vines for generations. All aspects of the farming and winemaking are done manually. The Rosé is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. An elegant, fruity nose leads to a concentrated middle with tiny bubbles and terrific acidity. Wonderfully food-friendly, pair this Rosé with smoked salmon, lobster, goat cheeses or strawberries.
