Coming from the Vin de Pays d'Oc, this 100% Chardonnay was planted in 1986 on clay and limestone and a small portion on gravel. Aged in stainless steel, this chardonnay is light, crisp, clean and refreshing. The nose is soft and delicate, expressing apple skins and some grapefruit zest. The palate is clean and simple, white pear with finshing hints of nutmeg. |
