A fine, elegant Chardonnay for drinking now. It has rich, honeyed layers of buttercream, citrus and tropical fruits and spices, brightened with crisp acidity. The Loma Verde fruit gives this wine a brisk acidity and minerality as well as an irresistible nose of pineapple and lemon meringue, and perhaps a pinch of clove and tapioca. The mouth is beautifully rich without being over the top. |
