Pouring a faint yellow, this awesome Nimes wine has a lovely and delicate buttery coating atop the white flower, yellow apple and pear aromas. There's also some well integrated white pepper and a bit of apricot. The palate is light, with more flowers and apple up front and a lovely bit of spice that lingers on the tart finish. |
