| Q. What is Your Shipping & Delivery Policy? |

| A. The Princeton Corkscrew comes to you! Our Shipping policy: We ship via Fed-Ex to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY As the laws of each state vary widely in allowance for shipping alcohol, please contact us here at the shop to inquire about shipping to your address. We will be happy to work with you to find the quickest, safest, and easiest method of getting our product to your door. Please note: We must require an adult signature (21+) from the recipient of any package containing alcohol. Local delivery available to the greater Princeton area. We will deliver a case of wine (12 bottles) or more for free to the local Princeton area. We will deliver purchases of less than 12 bottles for $5 to "in-town" customers and $10 to "out-of-town" customers. Please see "shipping chart" for more information on services available to consumers. Our prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax (where applicable). Our products are packaged in Fed-Ex approved shippers. Other than standard ground shipping, no Fed-Ex shipping orders will be processed unless called into the shop and a member of our staff takes the order directly. There is an additional $20 charge by Fed-Ex for any type of shipping that is not standard ground which we will apply to your purchase. Street addresses and phone numbers are required for all shipments. An order confirmation message will be sent via email. |

| Q. What Is Your Return Policy? |

| A. Any mistakes in shipping i.e. wrong vintage or wrong wine will gladly be corrected by our staff. If you have received a package containing the wrong products, or there is any other problem with the case, please contact the Princeton Corkscrew within 15 days of receipt. Bad bottles, corked or otherwise, must be returned to the Corkscrew as soon as possible with the wine still in the bottle, not empty. Exchanges will be made only if the returned wine is still in the bottle and determined to be "off" after inspection by our staff. Please contact the Corkscrew so that we are able to arrange immediate pick-up of bad bottles. The Corkscrew wine shop is temperature controlled day and night, 365 days a year to ensure that the wine is stored under proper conditions. The Corkscrew does not take responsibility for damage to wine during the shipping process and does not take returns on wine that does not show evidence of being bad. Weather, including temperature fluctuations with heat and cold can negatively affect a bottle of wine. It is the patron's responsibility to make special shipping arrangements if necessary to protect the value of your purchase.
