Chateau Mazetier is a Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. It has a dark-ruby red color and aromas of fresh red fruits on the nose. The wine is medium to full-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture on the palate.  It is a versatile pairing wine which will go well with grilled red or white meats, roasts, rabbit, duck, lamb, truffle dishes and herbed mushrooms.
